Keeping their customers informed on different subjects such as airport security, advice for business travelers, or the best restaurants, hotels, and cities to visit in 2015, is a critical piece to their website, according to Smith. “It’s important to us that we are an educational resource for our community. We give them suggestions on how to navigate the sometimes confusing world of travel,” he said.
